Prohibition on disclosing the reporter's identity or attempting to trace the reporter: All executives and employees are strictly prohibited from disclosing the reporter’s identity, even if they become aware of it unintentionally or during the performance of their duties.
- · Prohibition on any inquiries or attempts to identify the reporter, including investigative activities or any efforts to uncover the reporter’s identity
- · Prohibition on revealing or implying the identity of reporters and investigation participants without their prior consent
